SHIPPING & RETURNS
If an item is in stock and available it will be sent within 2-3 working days. If an item is not in stock and must be made to order it will depend on the item, please see individual item listings for details. When the order is ready for shipping, you will be notified.
Orders placed during holiday periods or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. We will notify you if the production time is expected to be longer than usual.
Deborah Tseng Jewellery reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery. Please consider this when giving your delivery address.
Once a product is shipped, standard delivery times are 1-2 working days in the UK and 7-10 working days for other countries depending on location.
For international shipments including to the European Union, all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Deborah Tseng Jewellery hopes you are totally pleased with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery or have received a faulty item please see our policies below covering the exchange, return, or refund of your item.
You have a right to return an item you are unhappy with for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order so long as the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
If you would like to return an item we are happy to consider an exchange up to 14 days from receipt of your order provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the United Kingdom. Please be aware that all costs and duties incurred in shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend you use a special delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To ensure fraud prevention your refund will be issued via the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
If an item that has been purchased with free shipping and is returned for a refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from the purchase value. This applies to a refund only.
The above conditions do not apply if the goods are labelled as non-returnable.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
Deborah Tseng Jewellery entitles you to a full refund on any faulty goods within 2 weeks of purchase. If you return a faulty item after this date and within a reasonable time frame you will be entitled to a repair or exchange.
RETURNS POSTAGE COSTS
Postage costs of returning any product to us are the responsibility of the customer. Please package any products properly in the original packaging and send via recorded delivery (with tracking number) for your own protection, as any items lost in transit will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before posting any item back to us so we can process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.
Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or piercings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sized rings, bespoke and made to order items, special order items and items purchased at a sale price cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. For more details, please email us at email@example.com
